2. Manufacturing Services
FabNest Technologies provides digital manufacturing services including 3D printing, CNC machining, and laser cutting. Regarding these services:
- Customers are responsible for the accuracy of technical drawings and files submitted.
- Lead times are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and material availability.
- Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise specified.
3. Technical Sourcing
Our technical sourcing service acts as an intermediary to help you find equipment and machinery. While we vet suppliers, FabNest Technologies is not liable for the final performance of third-party equipment, though we will assist in resolving disputes with suppliers where possible.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain all ownership rights to the designs and intellectual property you submit to us for manufacturing. FabNest Technologies will not use your designs for any purpose other than fulfilling your order without your explicit written consent.
5. Payment Terms
Orders must be paid for according to the terms specified in the invoice. Generally, a deposit is required before manufacturing begins, with the balance due upon completion or delivery.
6. Limitation of Liability
FabNest Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or products manufactured through our platform.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
